Association Dock
Adjacent to the concrete boat ramp is the community dock. The dock and platform provide temporary tie-ups for paid association members.
The dock is open for Paid Member use. The Association replaced the damaged dock in 2019, and the refurbished dock is available for use.

Shorewood POA Swimming Pool
The POA Community swimming pool. The pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The pool is open to members in good standing only. A list of current paid members will be maintained at the pool.
Pool hours are currently:
Friday - Sunday 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Monday - Wednesday 2:00pm - 8:00pm
(CLOSED Thursday for maintenance)

A concrete boat ramp at the entrance to Shorewood Estates. The ramp, turnout, and parking areas are available to all dues paying members of the Association. This is a Day Use only area and boats and trailers should not be stored overnight. The combination of the lock is available on this website or from any Board Member. Please be sure to re lock the gate when you enter or leave the area. Location: Shorewood Entrance

Host birthday & event party events. Open daily.
The Clubhouse is located to the right of the pool on Shorewood Circle. The clubhouse is available for use by POA members in good standing, at no cost.
The clubhouse is available, by reservation, for family or church events for a minimal refundable cleaning fee. To reserve the clubhouse, please contact a member of the Board of Directors, or send an email to [email protected].
